The ability to influence outcomes just by the manipulation of the breath is as good as building a relationship with life wherein response becomes so tangible.

To manifest at will is the ultimate power any seeker is looking for. Where there is praana, there is life, where there is life there is light, where there is light there is a path. Its a dream of many to learn the nuances of Swara Yoga, which is the ancient science of Brain Breathing. However its complexities an finding the right teacher is task herculean.

It took me 9 years to design this course, which is largely from the essence of Swara Yoga, primarily because the whole effort was to simplify this so much that anyone is able to apply this knowledge of breath to manifest a life of will. This is for the modern day aspirant straight to the point of application of "Knowledge of Praana" in this modern day of self made stress and race.

The 21 applications...

1. What you wish to manifest has an image, where to place the image, energise , sense and witness its formation is surprisingly within your breath. Its an alternate breath application.

2. Each breath has an underlying significance and a particular coded message. What are you breathing out can be totally in your control. for what you receive depends on that. The projection.

3. Pancha-Praana:  the 5 ways life force makes its way through out the body. Its application involves strengthening the organs to optimum functioning. After all a healthy body will have a healthy mind. The breath of a child that draws all attention and resources.

4. What exists and what does not. What exits has an influence on you. The science of making something non existent to release oneself from its influence is an age old traditional knowledge passed through generations. What doesn't exist for you, doesn't exist.

5. Breath is a electromagnetic wave receiving external information and sending internal information How to create a "conscious harmonious environ", just through breathing right. The brain chemistry.
back to the cosmos. Harmony between the inner and outer environment is a balance of negative and positive ions within the body carried by the breath.

6. When breathing is disturbed , mind too becomes disturbed. In the ability to keep oneself centred under any circumstance lies the secret of becoming a witness to receiving without any blocks or delay. How one can consciously protect oneself from any external influence.

7. Rhinecephelon- the smell brain : The 5 senses continuously feeds the brain that keeps forming the meaning under influence of ones own natural tendencies born with. One of the most powerful knowing of receiving i the role of smell in our life. Opening many psychic doors.

8. Objective of Swara Yoga is to experience the inherent energy in matter and mind so that consciousness manifests. How to identify and pulse with the consciousness of that which one wants to create is a beautiful experience of Yoga. With practice this can become ones most powerful application for manifesting.

9. As long as Shiva and Shakti or consciousness and praana, Time and Space or Yin and Yang are together - dormant - there is no movement, no spark, no creation. As soon as the split take place the two forces separate into positive and negative poles and begin to interact upon each other. Creating an explosion of energy within. More praana, more life, more light, more manifest.

10. The chemistry of awareness. The capacity of awareness more than mind is consciousness. What you are aware of is aware of you. what does that mean and how you can create an environment of awareness in your surroundings. Invocation of a virtue of choice becomes the intelligence you consciously create within no time, just through the breath.

11. Light, sound and the panchatattwas hold the entire sacredness and secret of Yoga. The How to use sound frequency to energise to manifest.

12. Panchakoshas : The perception of the koshas helps one penetrate the realm of inner experience. One learns the materialisation of matter and life together through praana and consciousness. Matter is praana in gross form, while consciousness is praana in subtlest form. Knowing this opens many a psychic doors within.

13. The path of Praaana travel : can be completely controlled by the mudras. This needs a teacher because largely the perception of the mudras is not right and well defined. How one can carry the praana anywhere within the physical body and the subtle body is a gem of learning knowing which one can heal any organ of the body. When the organ is healthy it cannot contain any dis-ease.

14. Naadis : The past imprints remain in the praanic pathway, which is the naadis. Naadishuddhi is the fastest method through which one can release these imprints and release the breath from all compulsions. Many practitioners have seen this as a gateway to opening the self to the many opportunities ready to come in. Its a beautiful knowing attracting natural abundance.

15. Panchatattwas... The role and state of the nature of the elements in ones breath defines his relationship with life. Whether one is rich within or not is the play of the tattwas. Knowing the travel of the spirit to matter through the panchatattwas opens gateways to be resourceful.

16. Personal Magnetism... what we call as ones charisma is completely on the quality and the lightness of the projection one is releasing through ones out-breath. A great interior. experience of being a witness and becoming the virtue at will makes one a magnet within.

17. Dimensions : Swara Yoga is so precise that just by knowing the length and the breadth of the in and out-breath, one knows the dimension one is drawing the praana from. Just by simple practice one can connect to the dimensions of ones will. One of the highest knowing that will refine ones outlook of life.

18. If money is causing worry... One learns that worry is agni tattwa and destroys all possibilities too when under that state. So what is the change that has to be brought in to the breath , not only to remove worry also to remain calm, pleasant and appropriate till the shift gets created.

19. How Swara can set right relationships... If relationships seem complicated... its because of the karmic factors, what can you do with the breath to settle things right is like a magic in the breath one will come to know. How a specific projection will set things right just through the application of breath is a gateway to happiness.

20. Location of the Tattwas in ones body. When one knows the location of the tattwas in the body it becomes very easy to heal every aspect that has arisen because of some breath malfunction. How to consciously remain connected to the earth and the water tattwa which gives success in all endeavours is a great aspect to know.

21. Cleansing ones space : May a time there are disturbances in the family and different opinions How to use the fire, air and water element to keep the space clean so that prosperity flows naturally is a must know.
